“As we celebrate our seventh birthday this year, our team will continue to dedicate their efforts to sustain and grow our reputation as one of the most highly sought after consultancies in the West Midlands and beyond.
“We have grown to employ over 26 people since I opened the doors on my first office in Knowle 7 years ago and I intend to push the boundaries for further expansion by opening a new office in Birmingham City Centre in 2008. We will continue to combine our expansion, however, with an on-going evaluation of the quality of service we provide to ensure we all work to excellent standards both for our clients and candidates.
“Seven years in business does not make you an expert, however, and winning this award will not change the way we do things at Tirebuck. My first award win was in 2005 when I won Soroptimist Business Woman of the Year but no one goes into business specifically to win awards.
